Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel the order only before the order is shipped by contacting us on email with order number, cancellation reason and product details for processing. Any cancellation made after the product is shipped, the following will be applicable respectively -

If the order is COD - Customer canceling COD orders after the product being shipped will be marked under NO COD ORDER category and no further COD orders will be allowed in their account/ registered contact numbers.

If the order is Prepaid - Customer canceling Prepaid orders after the product being shipped will be charged 5% of the total paid amount for Payment gateway charges & restocking fee and a shipping charge of Rs.100 will be deducted additionally.

Customers have an option to buy any other product on the website of the same amount or higher (additional excess amount to be paid) with Zero deduction for initial order cancellation. This option may not be applicable to all customers, please contact us to check for eligibility of product exchange.

All orders may not be eligible for cancellation, product type & category of the product will be applicable for eligibility. Cancellation reasons for the change in color, size etc., will not be accepted.

Applicable Privacy policy, Shipping policy, Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy will follow in addition to details mentioned in this Cancellation policy.

Return Policy

The product returns process under this policy will apply in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund will be offered to you. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer to the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the details below.

- Return Request

Customers can return the order only for specific reasons “Damaged product, Wrong product” by contacting us on email with order number, return reason and product details for processing return.

Customers should refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person if they find the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet.

Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes the items may get damaged during transit.

Any return request made, the following will be applicable respectively -

Customers looking to return a shipment/ product will have to raise a return request within 48 hours of product delivery at the delivery location.

Return requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for return for any reason.

Customers will have to raise the request with photographs of the shipment showcasing the product to be damaged or the wrong product.

Upon receiving your complaint, shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If is convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will take forward your request for a replacement/ repair as per the warranty policy.

Customers will get a confirmation mail of the return request acceptance, only after which the return process will be initiated.

Customers to mention whether the same product to be re-shipped again with a quality checked product or customer is looking for a refund. Refund and re-shipping product will be as per re-shipping, Warranty and refund policy.

Non-fulfillment of any of the above points will not be eligible for return. Customers returning the product under 30 Days No Question Returns will have to be ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost and a refund for the same will be processed after receiving the product at our warehouse. In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, other than not verifying your request for a replacement, reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by in this regard.

- Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Once the customer has successfully raised the request, below will be applicable -

In case the customer would like the shipment to be picked up from a different location, the address change request will be accepted only if the pick-up service is available at the new address. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

If the pickup is not available at customer’s Pincode, customer will have to ship the product to below address,

Applicable charges paid by customers for shipping the product will be refunded back to the customer in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with as per the refund policy.

Our pickup person will check for the following during return pick-up,

Correct Product: IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.The product should be the same as received.

Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories (Safety cover, manuals, etc.,), freebies and combos (if any instruction ) should be present, Quantity should be the same as received for which the return request is raised.

Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, folds or holes.

Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged. The product should be returned in the same pack condition.

The pick-up executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Once the shipment is received at our location, the same will be inspected for the above points and if found to be genuine, our team will further process the return request.

- Re-shipping Product

Re-shipping product requests will be accepted upon receipt of the original shipment back to our mentioned address.

Re-shipping requests will have to be made in full and partial reship options will not be available.

Re-shipping request acceptance will depend on the availability of the product. Tressential reserves the right to refund the amount against the shipment for any reason.

Refund Policy

For any products/ order for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received at our mentioned address. If refund is to be done on orders before shipping, the mentioned Cancellation policy will apply.

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

The refund of the shipment will be initiated within 48hours of query resolution. Refund settlement processing time may vary from bank to bank and on payment mode & method. Respective bank to be queried for settlement details. Required transaction ID will be provided by Tressential for refund confirmation on mail/ SMS/ call.

All refunds by default will be processed in the original source of payment. Customers will have to share with us the bank details on mail for transferring refunds for COD orders. It will take 3 -15 working days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy.

Any changes/updates will have to be referred to our website periodically.

Any mail received for cancellation/ return/ refund/ request will be responded within 48 working hours of mail receipt. Applicable processing time will be taken for query resolution.
