A special shipping charge for all Fragile products may be charged to customers for shipping them with proper box packing to make sure the products does not get damaged in transit. Refer shipping policy for charges details.

Membership on the Platform is free for buyers. tressential.in does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Platform. tressential.in reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, tressential.in may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Platform. In such an event tressential.in reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/ introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. (q) interferes with another USER's/ Brand’s/ Tressential’s/ Tressential’s Affiliates/ Tressential’s Registered Company name use and enjoyment of the Platform or any other individual's User’s/ Brand’s/ Tressential’s and enjoyment of similar services;
(r) refers to any Platform or URL that, in Our sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the Platform or any other Platform, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.
(s) harm minors in any way;
(t) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen products;
(u) violates any law for the time being in force;
(v) deceives or misleads the addressee/ users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
(w) impersonate another person;
(x) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
(y) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation.

Coupons
Coupon codes available on website to avail discounts on product/cart may be restricted to certain categories only hence user may find the coupon not valid on certain categories when applying/using at check out. This may change from time to time with no prior information to any user.
Logistics
Please note that not all shipments will be directly packed from Tressential's warehouse, (depends on the Tressential's fulfillment options) and hence may have third party fulfillment packing cover/ promotion on the shipments. Also, Tressential's shipment does not carry gift wrapping by default, any such request to be sent to Tressential in the mail. Gift wrapping service will be as per the availability of service with warehouse/ location feasibility.
For the items delivered by the logistics, their respective policies apply. tressential.in reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason, or the order is returned due to non-delivery.
tressential.in is not responsible for missed / late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. tressential.in reserves the right to deny its services to any user, without any explanation. tressential.in shall try its best for prompt delivery; delayed / early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, tressential.in will not be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the shipment at the address on the order form misappropriated, damaged or fails to hand over the shipment to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
tressential.in will make its best efforts to incorporate changes but will not be held responsible if an advised change is not made.
tressential.in will deliver exactly the same products displayed on its web pages and from the same sources indicated. Infographic presentation of product images are for representation purpose only. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to the non-availability of products from indicated sources, tressential.in will inform the buyer to change the order or wait until it becomes available.

Warranty Guidelines
Tressential branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. Product warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose in which the product was designed.
Each product covered under Warranty carries a Warranty card with scan code on it to be scanned for registering the product to qualify for warranty. Specific Warranty applies on each product coverage depending on the material and type of product.
Tressential Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on zippers, runners, buckles & stitching issues caused by workmanship errors. Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
Customers submitting a warranty claim, will need to present your Purchase Invoice / Warranty Card/ Warranty registration mail as proof of purchase. The Tressential Warranty is applicable only within the Indian subcontinent and to the registered original owner of the branded product.
To avail the Warranty, we request customers to scan the code on the warranty card or visit our website warranty registration page and self register the requested details. If your product is eligible for extended warranty then fill up the details shown on the registration page to claim the warranty.
Customer will need to bear the shipping charges to send the product to the Warranty Department at Tressential Head Office. Tressential will ship the product back at its cost to the mentioned customer address.
Different products carry different warranties. Please refer to the individual product pages on website or contact us at the support@tressential.in for a specific product’s warranty.
If your warranted product fails due to a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repair is higher than the cost of a new one, we may, at our discretion, choose to replace the product.
Please allow 15 working days for Service completion, from the date of submitting your product at Tressential Service Centre. Minor repairs are often done at the Service Centre itself, but major repairs are sent back to the Head Office, therefore extending the time taken to return them to you. For an update on the repair status of your product please contact support@tressential.in with your reference mail/ number and your registered mobile number.
Easy Returns and with Warranty*: This feature mentioned on product pages will be applicable on specific products only and may vary from product to product.
1 Year Warranty: *Warranty is available only on Universal Travel Adapter.
To raise a warranty request. Mail us on support@tressential.in with the product invoice and warranty card/ warranty registration confirmation details. Mention all repair related issues in the mail. Tressential will not be held responsible for products not collected by customers at the time of delivery attempts.
Out of warranty claim repairs are possible for an additional charge. The charge depends on the extent of repair and the time taken for it. Please mail us for details and available options.
For easier handling as well as for the protection of our repair staff, we request that all products be cleaned before being given to us. Products that arrive unwashed may be subject to a cleaning fee before assessments can be made.
By using/ registering on warranty and sharing us details (Including and not limited to Name, Number, Email Id, Order details etc.,) you expressly give us consent to use & disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access tressential.in Desktop website/ Mobile website/ App. We may contact you over Call/ SMS/ Email/ WhatsApp/ Send In App or Web Notification or use any other mode of communication to update/ inform warranty status or give regular promotional offers/ new product information or for any other communication purpose.
